Payments Policy 
To secure your seat, make a full online payment and receive an invoice. Your registration is confirmed upon full payment, ensuring quality participation at DVIZ Retreats or our online programs. Request a payment extension at contact@dviz.in if needed before the due date. If you are unsure but have already paid, you may reschedule to a future retreat or future online program, within 24 hours of payment.

Refund Policy 

• For the Online Programs, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 14 days of the start of the program.

• For the Physical Retreatspayments are non-refundable unless the retreat program is canceled by the organisers. If you can’t attend, your payment can be applied to a future retreat/online program based on availability. In case of retreat postponement due to Covid or natural disasters, payments will be adjusted for the rescheduled retreat.

Reschedule Policy 
You may reschedule the Retreat/Online Program you wish to attend by writing to us at contact@dviz.in, within 24 hours of payment being made.

Taxes & Invoices
DVIZ Retreats/Online Programs fee is exclusive of GST and other mandatory govt. taxes which are added when you initiate a payment. To receive GST enabled invoice after making payment, please write at contact@dviz.in with your contact details and GSTIN and our team will email you the same.

No Show Policy 
Once your payment is complete and your slot is booked but you are unable to attend the Retreat/Online Program and fail to notify us of the same, your registration will be treated as a No Show. In this case, you forfeit the entire payment and will not be refunded or rescheduled for a future Retreat/Online Program.

Covid Policy 
If you, or any member of your immediate family tests positive less than one week before the start of your Retreat, you can reschedule your edition anytime at no extra cost. We have kept this flexibility for your convenience.
